What technology is required in online yoga class?

Mobile/ Tablet or a Laptop with a good internet connection with the ability to run software like Google Meet, Zoom, etc.

No, there is no age limit for practicing yoga. You can continue your yoga practice at any age and shouldn’t let age be a limiting factor.

You need to have a light stomach during practicing yoga. You are advised to eat for at least 2-3 hours prior to a yoga class. You may eat some light food like raw veggies, fruits, yogurt, etc.
