Ans: We run several sessions online and offline home classes for kids throughout the day. 

Age group 6- 12 years. Some younger or older with enthusiasm for yoga may join as well.

What should I bring to class?

Ans: Just bring yourself, in appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water.
