Is there any age limit for practicing Yoga?
No, there is no age limit for practicing yoga. You can continue your yoga practice at any age and shouldn’t let age be a limiting factor.
Can I eat before class?
You need to have a light stomach during practicing yoga. You are advised to eat for at least 2-3 hours prior to a yoga class. You may eat some light food like raw veggies, fruits, yogurt, etc.
